  • After purchasing, ALL Content and wording must be submitted via email to info@keysbranding.ca with the subject line:  ADD NAME & FLYER
  • Please have ALL information ready and typed before purchasing
  • Please submit HIGH-quality  Images for the perfect flyer design
    ( SCREENSHOTS NOT PERMITTED)
Time Frame begins when ALL information is submitted via email

Custom Flyers include 3-4 FREE Revisions ( Font, Colours or Placement Change)
  • There is a 3-4 revision limit only. After that, a fee is required per additional revision of $25
  • Rush Orders are subject to an additional fee of $35 with a turnaround time of 1-2 Business Days.
  • TURNAROUND TIME:  7-14 Business Days.

    • WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
      Once a design project has been booked, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds. There are no refunds on packages, if the client does have to change a photo session date, it can be rescheduled.
    • WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
      The turnaround time for each service is listed in the details of the description.
    • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
      On Mondays, we handle all scheduled consults and client zoom meetings from 11am-4pm. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday we respond to all emails from 11am-4pm. We shoot with clients Thursday through Saturday. *Hours Vary We are closed on all Holidays.
    • DO YOU TRAVEL?
      We are located in Toronto, ON But, yes we do travel for an additional fee!
    • HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
      Choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service. Within 24-48 hours we will email to collect your content. All content is due at least one day prior to your project start date. Once your content is in, we work on the designs the week of your project start date and send them to you within a week via email Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, we finalize all files and send them over to you.
